Alabama Supreme Court declares unborn baby a “person”
The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled that an unborn baby is a “person” under the law! Judge Tom Parker (who was just elected as Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court) affirmed the Alabama court’s rationale that “unborn children are persons entitled to the full and equal protection of the law.”
