A2. The Life Amendment will extend to all persons from the moment of their conception (fertilization) all the protection of the Constitution.

The United States Constitution protects human life by requiring due process of the law before any person can be deprived of life (Amendments 5 & 14). This protection has been denied unborn persons by legalized abortion, which fails to meet due process of the law.
