Whereas, the United States Constitution requires due process of law before a person can be deprived of life; and

Whereas, unborn humans have been denied due process by national policy, being deemed non-persons by judicial fiat; and

Whereas, there is no biological distinction in the personhood of human beings from the beginning of biological development;

Therefore, we petition our Legislators to ensure due process of law for all human beings by passing an Amendment For Life.

AMENDMENT FOR LIFESection 1: As used in this Constitution, the word person shall mean and refer to any and every living human being from the beginning of its biological existence as a human organism.

Section 2: Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
